Sofoil Participated in the Scientific and Practical Conference of KMG Engineering in Aktau

On April 3, a scientific and practical conference was held at the KazNIPIMunayGas branch (Aktau, Kazakhstan) on the topic: “Improving the Efficiency of Reservoir Pressure Maintenance Systems at the Uzen and Karamandybas Fields at a Late Stage of Development.”

The event brought together representatives of oil and gas companies, engineering centers, universities, service companies, as well as international experts.

During the conference, participants discussed modern approaches to improving the efficiency of mature field development and solutions in the field of reservoir pressure maintenance.

Sofoil was represented at the forum by the Head of Well Testing Department, Vladimir Krichevsky. He delivered a presentation focused on research aimed at supporting decision-making in reservoir pressure maintenance systems and also moderated one of the roundtable sessions.

We hope that cooperation between oil and gas companies of our countries will continue to strengthen, and that Sofoil’s technologies and services, which have proven their effectiveness in the international market, will bring value in Kazakhstan.
