Surgut, Russia: Participation in the SPE conference

June 5, 2017 in Surgut held a conference timed to the opening of the Surgut section of the SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers). The conference was attended by more than 20 specialists from various Russian and international companies such as Schlumberger, Halliburton, Rock Flow Dynamics, Resman, etc. Besides this, SPE 2018 director Darcy Spady was present at the opening of the conference, which undoubtedly underscores the significance of this event. Sofoil specialists also did not stay aloof. Danila Gulyaev (specialist of the Department of GDI) made two presentations presenting the technologies of MGDI and ICG. The presentations were accompanied by lively discussions and discussions, in which the speaker described in more detail the informative nature of the technologies. The most difficult question was the question of obtaining parameters for the operating thickness and saturation of the ICG.
