Join your colleagues for a game of volleyball!

Volleyball is a thrilling and spectacular sport.

William Morgan, a YMCA physical education director from Helioc (Massachusetts, USA), came up with the idea for this popular sports game. He decided to create a new team ball game by combining elements of baseball, handball, and basketball.

Volleyball is thought to be created on February 9, 1895, when Morgan offered his students the opportunity to play a brand-new ball game using new rules, where a net was stretched at a height of 196 cm from the floor. The game was originally called "mintonette". Alfred Halstead, noticed the volleying nature of the game at its first exhibition match in 1896 and the game quickly became known as volleyball

Volleyball is known to be a fast-paced game where all decisions are made in an instant!
This type of physical activity can not only provide you with a fun experience, but it can also help to boost your physical and psychological health.
This is why ARAX group of companies is running volleyball games on a weekly basis.
